Feeling fishy? Cure your midnight munchies with this super-simple seafood sandwich.

2 small cans Albacore tuna in water, drained
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons mayo
½ stalk celery, chopped
Dash of salt and pepper
2 gherkins, minced
1 teaspoon pickle juice
2 teaspoons dried parsley
2 slices provolone cheese
2 slices tomato
2 slices red onion
1 leaf iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 everything bagel

Mix tuna, sour cream, mayo, chopped celery, salt and pepper, minced gherkins, pickle juice, and dry parsley in a small bowl. Slice bagel in half. Top 1 half of bagel with the tuna and top that with a slice of provolone. Add tuna bagel and naked bagel half to the toaster oven and toast until cheese is melted and bagel is toasted. (Or you can sex things up by blasting the cheese with a kitchen torch.) Top tuna with the tomato, onion, and lettuce, and make a sandwich.
