Everybody loves garlic—and you need to know about these awesome techniques.
Add peeled cloves to a bunch of olive oil and cook on the stove on low heat until super-soft, about an hour. Blend in blender or food processor and spread on whatever, drink it, whatever you want.
Cut top off garlic bulb, place the bulb on a sheet of tinfoil, and zip with oil. Add a little salt and pepper. Bake at 175º for an hour. Spread on anything.
Thinly slice peeled garlic and fry in oil over medium heat. Once chips turn brown, remove them from the oil with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt. These beautiful little chips are great for salads or soups.
