Bake an egg in it:
Cut avocado in half. Remove pit and scoop out a li’l bit of the avocado meat from one side. Place the half avocado in an oven-proof skillet with some tinfoil at the base so it doesn’t wobble. Crack an egg into the hole of the avocado and bake at 190º until egg is cooked, about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and dot with sriracha.
Spread it on toast:
Mash a ripe avocado, toast some bread, and spread it on there.
Charli XCX challenged us to make something using chocolate, chile, and avocado…so we did. Blend the flesh of an overly ripe avocado, a spoonful of cocoa powder, and a drizzle of honey in a food processor. Garnish with raspberries, banana slices, mint leaves, and honey. Seriously, it really looks like pudding!
