Khloé Kardashian drove into a ditch in Montana while transporting her siblings Kylie Jenner, Kim Kardashian and Kim’s baby, North West.
The Kardashians were involved in a scary car accident on Saturday.
TMZ reports Khloé was driving in Bozeman, Montana with sisters Kylie Jenner, Kim Kardashian and Kim’s daughter North West in a black Yukon GMC when the incident took place.
The website claims a large vehicle passed by and kicked up a ton of snow onto the windshield, which blinded Khloé temporarily. And as she lost control of the vehicle, the reality star apparently drove over a patch of black ice and slid into a ditch.
Montana Highway Patrol’s Captain Mark Wilfore confirmed to ET Online the car accident did take place, but emphasised it was not a crash, as no one was injured and the vehicle sustained no damage. The officer noted this is one of several similar incidents in the area that took place the same day, as a winter storm recently blew into the region causing traffic havoc.
The Kardashian vehicle was towed and the family were sent on their way. No citations were issued.
After the frightening occurrence took place, Kim expressed her gratefulness for walking away unscathed.
“Thank you God for watching over us and keeping us safe,” she wrote on Twitter, ending the message with a prayer hands emoji. The 34-year-old attached an image of Montana’s snow-covered landscape to the tweet.
The family was in town celebrating the birthday of good friend Jonathan Cheban. The Kardashians have been posting images of their fun times on the ski slopes via social media throughout their stay.
Earlier this month Bruce Jenner, who is stepfather to Khloé and Kim and father to Kylie, was involved in a car accident himself in California, which left one driver dead. An investigation into Bruce’s wreck is ongoing.
