Kylie Jenner’s friendship with rapper Tyga won’t be covered on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, it has been claimed.
Kylie Jenner’s friendship with Tyga is reportedly “off limits” on her reality show.
The 17-year-old star caused controversy when she was first seen with Tyga, 25.
And despite Tyga coming forward to insist he and Kylie are most definitely “not dating”, bosses on her hit reality TV show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, have apparently decided to steer clear of covering the pair’s relationship.
“Kylie and Tyga’s friendship, or relationship, or whatever it may be, is way too sensitive of a subject right now for E! to tackle,” a network insider told Radar Online. “The crew tries to avoid shooting them together as much as possible.”
Tyga has a child with ex-fiancée Blac Chyna. But the musician has insisted his friendship with Kylie had nothing to do with his split from Blac.
“I want to be clear to everybody that I didn’t leave my family to be with Kylie,” Tyga said during an interview on New York City’s Power 105 FM earlier this week. “That’s ridiculous. Me and Chyna, we broke up almost close to a year ago now, because of the decision we made, and things in our relationship that weren’t going right, we decided to split to raise an emotionally stable kid.”
Tyga’s comments come after Blac’s best friend Amber Rose took to Twitter to say he should be ashamed of himself for his friendship with Kylie.
“[Kylie’s] a baby, she needs to go to bed at 7 o’clock and relax,” Amber said on the same radio station. “That’s ridiculous. [Tyga] should be ashamed of himself. That’s how I feel. For sure.”
