Justin Bieber wants Toronto Raptors star Kyle Lowry to have the chance to play at the annual NBA exhibition game.
Justin Bieber has spoken out about who he thinks “deserves” to be an NBA All-Star.
The singer is a big fan of sports, in particularly basketball. And the 20-year-old has asked his fans to vote for one of his favourite players to make it to the annual exhibition games, which are played between the Eastern-Conference and the Western-Conference players that have been specially chosen to take part.
“Toronto has been killin it and @Klow7 deserves to be an nba all star (sic),” he wrote on Twitter on Monday, tagging Toronto Raptors player Kyle Lowry. “Make sure to vote for him. #WeTheNorth. Good luck buddy."
Justin was born in Ontario, Canada so it’s no surprise he’s got behind the 28-year-old.
Kyle is currently third behind John Wall and Dwyane Wade in the public voting, but with almost 60 million followers, Justin’s fans could change everything if they also get behind him.
The Baby singer also spent some time on the social networking website reminding his fans to carry on the good work carried out by Martin Luther King, Jr. on the day that marks his birthday.
“Today in honor of a great man go out and do something kind for your fellow man. For a friend. For a stranger. Give back. #MLKDay,” he posted after initially saying, “Have a great day and remember his wisdom :) #MLKDay”.
The day before, the pop star was spotted hanging out with model and reality star Kendall Jenner at his home in Los Angeles.
Justin showed off his bleached blonde hair and his array of tattoos in a pair of pale blue shorts, while the 19-year-old kept it casual in a pair of jeans, baggy white top and a red scarf.
