Christina Aguilera is said to be actively searching for balance of mind, body and soul following the birth of her second child.
Christina Aguilera is reportedly focused on cultivating “happiness within”.
The 33-year-old pop songstress welcomed daughter Summer Rain in August, her first child with fiancé Matt Rutler and her second tyke to date.
And since giving birth, it’s claimed Christina is taking a more holistic approach to her well-being.
“Her focus is really happiness within,” a source told People magazine. “Her workouts consist of things that balance her mind, body and soul.”
Apparently things in the household are going smoothly for the Genie In A Bottle hitmaker.
Baby Summer seems to be getting along well with her six-year-old brother Max.
“She’s definitely more confident the second time around with motherhood, the baby has been great,” the insider detailed.
Recent reports claim Christina was concerned with dropping the weight she gained during pregnancy very quickly.
But she previously gushed with pride over exhibiting her flourishing figure in a nude set of photos for V magazine while heavily pregnant.
“As a woman, I’m proud to embrace my body through all stages of life, staying fearless and confident in surrendering to the unknowns the future has in store,” she said.
Christina debuted her slim post-baby body at the Breakthrough Prize Awards hosted Sunday in Mountain View, California. Her groom-to-be Matt was by her side as she stunned on the red carpet in a cleavage-baring Rubin Singer dress.
Last month the singer announced she will be returning to US TV talent show The Voice, starring alongside co-panelists Pharrell Williams, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton.
She was one of the original coaches but took a hiatus for seasons four, six and seven, with Shakira and Gwen Stefani briefly stepping in her place.
