Lady Gaga got emotional after watching fans pay tribute to her with a dance medley posted online.
Lady Gaga cried when she saw a flashmob pay tribute to her ARTPOP Ball.
The Paparazzi singer is in the midst of her fourth headlining tour.
But she took a moment to thank a group of fans on Facebook Sunday after getting emotional watching a clip of fans dancing to a medley of her hits at a St Petersburg shopping mall.
“This Flashmob of Russian Monsters tributing The ARTPOP Ball is so brilliant. Made me cry. We belong together (sic),” she wrote, including a link to the YouTube video.
The Born This Way singer the wrapped the Australian leg of her ArtRave: The Artpop Ball tour last Sunday and is currently enjoying a brief break from the trek.
Frequently thanking fans across the world for their support, she took to Facebook the following day to mention the thousands of so-called “monsters” who flocked to arenas across the continent and made each show so special.
“Every ‘Gypsy’ performance at Australian Artrave’s monsters held hands at the back of the arena by the piano and danced in a circle,” she recalled. “Thank you for making these shows so memorable, for strengthening our monster community, and being bad kids like you always are. I love you.”
Gaga is scheduled to kick off the next leg of ArtRave: The Artpop Ball tour in the United Arab Emirates on Wednesday.
