Jennifer Lawrence and her boyfriend Nicholas Hoult are reportedly planning a move to the British countryside.
Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult “want a bolthole across the pond”.
According to new reports the Oscar-winning actress is seriously considering moving to Nicholas’ native England.
And the pair supposedly have their hearts set on a property in the quaint countryside county of Hampshire.
“They loved the house as soon as they saw it,” a source told British newspaper The Sun, noting they scoped out potential residences around Christmastime.
Jennifer, 23, and Nicholas, 24, are both enjoying extreme success in Hollywood at this time.
But apparently the couple are so in love with the home in the Hampshire town of Hook, they are willing to compromise on where they reside.
“They know it’s not realistic at this point in their thriving careers to live in the UK, but they want a bolthole across the pond,” the insider detailed.
“Jen loves the English way of life and as they are now serious again, it makes sense to look into buying somewhere.”
Jennifer and Nicholas were reportedly so enthusiastic about the £1.3 million house, which is said to be a seven-bedroom barn conversion, they even checked out pubs and restaurants in the area.
The Hollywood couple met on the set of 2011’s X Men: First Class, and have had an on/off relationship ever since.
After the pair split early last year, they are now firmly back together and weren’t shy about putting on a public display of affection at this year’s Golden Globes.
There has even been talk Jennifer and Nicholas are planning to elope.
“I don’t think there’s going to be a big announcement. They just want to slip away and get married in quiet,” a source told National Enquirer previously. "They’d much rather run off somewhere and marry quietly and then have a family get together, one in Kentucky and the other in London.”
