Hiddleston would weep at success

Tom Hiddleston and his mother “collapse in a heap of tears” when they talk about his success.

The British star, who turned 33 today, is known for his roles in The Deep Blue Sea and Thor.

He was born in Westminster, London, to Diana and James and raised in Wimbledon.

Now having made it as a successful actor Tom is forever grateful for his parents’ support, even if they don’t voice their opinions.

“It’s taken us a while to get there. It’s one of those conversations I don’t have with them, but I just know that they are [proud. If [me and my mom] start talking about it, we will both collapse in a heap of tears. It’s moving to make your mother proud,” he smiled to the March issue of British magazine ELLE.

Tom has a huge female following and is known for his friendly approach with fans. Although he is currently believes to be single, the handsome filmstar appears to have the perfect qualities to be in a relationship.

“Very honest, I hope. God, I don’t know. I hope I’m fun, I hope I’m a good time. Spontaneous, surprising, affectionate?” he listed when asked how he would describe himself as a boyfriend. “I hope, kind. Dancing… a lot of dancing. I insist upon dancing. Anywhere. Anytime. The more dancing, the better.”

Tom studied at England’s prestigious boy’s school Eton. He looks back at his first girlfriend with happy memories.

“I didn’t have a serious relationship until I was about 19. I fell head over heels in love and I was with her for two years, and it was an amazing relationship,” he remembered fondly.
