Paul Walker’s will was reportedly filed with the court by his father.
Paul Walker’s $25 million estate was reportedly willed entirely to his daughter.
The actor perished in a car accident last November at the age of 40 and it has now been reported he is leaving his entire fortune to his 15-year-old daughter Meadow.
According to TMZ, Paul’s father, who is executor of the estate, has filed the late star’s will with the court. The patriarch also supposedly petitioned to appoint Paul’s mother, Cheryl, as the teenager’s guardian and the guardian of her father’s millions as instructed by their son.
Meadow was staying with Paul in Los Angeles at the time of his death and she is currently living with her mother Rebecca Soteros in Hawaii, according to Us Weekly. However, it is unclear if Paul’s former flame Rebecca was named in the will.
Paul is also survived by two brothers and one sister.
A court hearing is scheduled for later this month over the matter.
Paul and his friend Roger Rodas, 38, were travelling together from a charity event in a Porsche Carrera GT in Santa Clarita, California on November 30 when the car veered off the road before slamming into a pole and exploding in flames.
The actor’s death stunned the world, with thousands of fans showing up to the crash site and paying tribute to the Fast & Furious star online.
A coroner’s report released last month indicated the men were moving at speeds of at least 100 miles per hour before the crash.
