Snooki is kickstarting the New Year with a new workout series.
Snooki wants fans to break a sweat with her in 2014.
The former Jersey Shore star introduced a new online workout series via Twitter on Wednesday and hopes to share her fitness tips with those looking to lose weight.
“Hey boo boos! Time to kick it into high gear and start the New Year off right! Tune in every Wednesday for a new workout routine! Let’s tear it up! Xo,” she tweeted.
The 26-year-old TV star included a video link introducing her trainer, Anthony Michael.
The pair are seen flexing at their local gym as she promotes their new series, dubbed Workout Wednesdays.
“Every Wednesday I will be posting a workout that you can do at the gym or even at home to help you guys lose weight, because I’ve been doing it for a while now and you see great results,” she explains.
“I can’t wait to share with you guys what we’ve been doing in the gym. Muah! Stay tuned!”
Snooki, real name Nicole Polizzi, famously shed weight at warp speed after giving birth to her first son with fiancé Jionni LaValle in August 2012.
The star has said she’s lost “almost 50” pounds since giving birth to little Lorenzo through diet and exercise.
