Rihanna’s security team reportedly called police about an intruder at her Los Angeles home Friday.
Rihanna’s Los Angeles home was reportedly the site of a trespassing incident Friday.
The Rude Boy singer has an expansive private residence in Los Angeles, California but according to E! News an adult male was able to scale the wall of the property Friday morning while the singer was not home.
The outlet reports police have arrested Jonathan Wooper, who is said to have told authorities at the scene he’s friends with the star.
Wooper was reportedly first spotted by members of Rihanna’s security team, who alerted police. He was taken into custody approximately one mile from the home at 11 am, investigators say.
A police report obtained by the outlet indicates the incident is the second security breach at Rihanna’s home in five days.
E! reports an alleged assailant “tried to throw a chair through a window” at the residence on Sunday but evaded police.
Investigators have told TMZ that the two incidents are connected.
A 26-year-old man was also arrested for trespassing on the property in June.
A spokesperson for Rihanna has not commented on the latest alleged incidents.
Rihanna is currently in Australia on her Diamonds world tour and took to Twitter Friday to share a photo of herself on a yacht outside the Sydney Opera House.
“Good Morning from #Sydney Australia!!!” she shared.
