Britney's ex 'bans sons from stage'

Kevin Federline reportedly isn’t interested in watching ex-wife Britney Spears’ Las Vegas shows.

Kevin Federline apparently isn’t happy about Britney Spears taking their kids on stage.

The pair were married between 2004 and 2007 and have sons Sean Preston, eight, and Jayden James, seven.

Britney is due to begin a two-year residency at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Las Vegas, in December and recently revealed she’d love to get her eldest boy involved.

However, according to TMZ, their father is less than pleased.

“Kevin Federline is c**pping on Britney Spears’ bright idea… to put one of their sons on stage during her Las Vegas show, essentially saying, ‘Over my dead body,’” the website writes.

“Apparently K-Fed was not consulted… and he made it pretty clear to us yesterday he’s not keen on the idea.”

Britney’s show is set to have a club vibe and she is rumoured to be performing 48 times a year.

She seems to have her heart set on letting her children be a part of the fun.

“Preston will probably be on stage but I think [my other son] Jayden would have a hard time with it,” she recently said.

Kevin’s opinion is crucial as the pair have joint custody of their children.

He apparently also told TMZ he wouldn’t be watching any of his ex-wife’s shows as he has “better things to do in Sin City”.

Britney’s Planet Hollywood gigs will kick off on December 27 with the star playing two weeks out of the month through 2015.
