Snooki can’t fake sad act

Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi has a hard time portraying emotions along with her TV dance moves.

Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi has a tough time acting on Dancing With the Stars.

The former Jersey Shore star is currently competing on the American celebrity ballroom dance show but worries she can’t display the right emotions on her face.

The 25-year-old thinks her partner Sasha Farber is getting frustrated as a result of her attempts at the rumba.

“This dance is a tough one for me because not only do I need to be sexy and elegant, but I need to show sad emotion,” she told People magazine. “I’m not a sad person. I love to laugh and be goofy, so in all our rehearsals I would crack up throughout the dance and I definitely think Sasha wanted to pull my hair out.”

The mother of one-year-old son Lorenzo with her fiancé Jionni LaValle, author and entrepreneur is appearing on the 17th season of DWTS.

She is worried the rehearsals will take its toll on her body, leading to horrible injuries.

“This week has been hell … for my ankles,” she wrote in her blog for People. “Rumba is all about being sexy and elegant – two things that are the total opposite of me. All week in rehearsals I’ve been practicing walking with my toes instead of my heels, pointing my toes and shaking my hips. My feet aren’t too bad, but my ankles feel like they’re going to snap off from pointing my feet.”

However the reality personality is getting lots of encouragement from the professionals and she is eager to see if she will ultimately do well with her new skill.

“My partner Sasha Farber said if I can’t walk then I’m doing it right. Great,” she continued. “We will see if I can pull this off! Tune in and watch me embarrass myself.”
