Tisdale stalker avoids jail

Ashley Tisdale’s stalker has dodged prison but must remain on probation for five years.

Ashley Tisdale’s stalker will serve no further jail time after pleading no contest in court.

Nicholas Fiore is off the hook from spending more time in prison but has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from the actress for five years.

As well as his probation, the defendant was told to pay $350 in fines and fees associated with the case.

TMZ reports the judge gave him credit for already spending time behind bars, however he will have to undergo one year of outpatient therapy.

He was arrested back in June for violating the restraining order the actress previously got against him when he threatened to shoot her and sent her more than 18,000 tweets.

Aside from her legal worries, the 28-year-old High School Musical actress has been preparing for a wedding to Annie Automatic musician Christopher French.

But Ashley wants every aspect of her nuptials ideal before she officially ties the knot.

“I want to make sure it’s perfect!” she gushed to America’s People magazine after they got engaged in August.

Although the wedding won’t take place anytime soon, the event planning is well underway.

The star sometimes experiences anxiety when making major decisions about her big day.

“I started a Pinterest board, but I’m not one to rush anything,” she explained.

“For me, it’s stressful just thinking about my birthday, so I can’t imagine my wedding day!”

It was recently claimed Ashley’s first priority would be to select her gown but she will be asking Christopher’s advice before buying it.

“Ashley already has ideas for the perfect dress. She wants a big wedding with a rocker edge to it, and Christopher wants to help plan everything,” an insider told America’s Star magazine previously.
