Levine: Aguilera’s the best

Adam Levine is impressed with his The Voice US co-judge Christina Aguilera.

Adam Levine thinks Christina Aguilera has transformed since they met.

The 34-year-old Maroon 5 crooner is part of the panel on TV talent show The Voice US with Christina, Cee Lo Green and Blake Shelton.

Last season Christina departed temporarily to work on solo projects and Adam is so glad to have her back.

“I think Christina is the best I’ve ever seen her in all ways,” he gushed to E! News during a joint interview with his fellow The Voice coaches.

Christina recently lost a dramatic amount of weight, shedding off an estimated 20lbs.

But Adam, who has worked with the songstress for nearly half a decade, doesn’t believe that his co-judge’s personality has altered now that she is thin again.

“She’s changed, but she’s not,” he explained. “She’s the same person."

The original castmembers are excited to be reunited with each other.

Although they were reportedly feuding at one point, the group agrees they have a “special bond”.

“It’s been good to laugh with you guys,” Christina enthused. “I genuinely missed that.”

Christina promises The Voice audiences will witness a lot of their usual playful banter in the new episodes.

She claims the group remains in friendly competition with each other.

“Not a thing has changed at all!” Christina said.

The fifth season of The Voice US airs on NBC September 23.
