Tisdale ‘won’t rush wedding’

Ashley Tisdale isn’t willing to speed through wedding planning.

Ashley Tisdale won’t marry until the details of her wedding are in perfect order.

The 28-year-old High School Musical actress became engaged to Annie Automatic musician Christopher French in August.

But the star wants every aspect of her nuptials planned before she officially ties the knot.

“I want to make sure it’s perfect!” she gushed to America’s People magazine.

Although the wedding won’t take place anytime soon, the event planning is well underway.

The star sometimes experiences anxiety when making major decisions about her big day.

“But it’s going to be a while. I started a Pinterest board, but I’m not one to rush anything,” she explained.

“For me, it’s stressful just thinking about my birthday, so I can’t imagine my wedding day!”

It was recently claimed Ashley’s first priority would be to select her wedding gown.

And the star will look to Christopher’s advice before setting anything in stone.

“Ashley already has ideas for the perfect dress. She wants a big wedding with a rocker edge to it, and Christopher wants to help plan everything,” an insider told US magazine Star recently.

It is rumoured that Christopher proposed to Ashley while they enjoyed a romantic evening at the top of the Empire State Building in New York City.

Ashley and Chris stepped out as a couple for the first time last December, just months after she called it quits with her on-and-off boyfriend Scott Speer.
