Swift trespasser let go

Taylor Swift hasn’t won the battle in getting a man prosecuted for walking on her grounds uninvited just yet.

Taylor Swift’s reported trespasser is has been temporarily let of the hook.

Joseph Bernatche showed up at a court in Westerly, Rhode Island on Friday only for his trial date to be pushed back.

Now the 55-year-old attorney is confident he will go unpunished when he returns September 6.

“They executed him! No, just kidding. Really, it was fine,” Michael J. Robinson of Robo Law joked to Radar Online.

Joseph allegedly found himself on the 23-year-old grounds twice but because new information has been given to the Westerly Police Department, it must be reviewed again.

“Generally it was information about the location of her property line,” Joseph explained. “Some photographs.

“The police department requested time to investigate that, so the case has been pushed back to September 6. I’m confident it’s going to swing my way.”

His client was arrested on July 27 while driving away from Taylor’s home.

He is said to have handed her security guard a note before fleeing.

It came after he also allegedly visited the place in April this year.

Despite legal matters, Taylor recently took a jab at Kanye West in a fun message to pal Ed Sheeran.

She is currently touring with 22-year-old English singer-songwriter Ed.

Taylor seems to have had some downtime recently, and used it to make some jam for her pal.

“Taylor made me some jam. Amazing,” Ed captioned a picture of the jar on Instagram.

He also revealed Taylor had included a sarcastic note referencing her 2009 MTV Video Music Award acceptance speech.

The occasion saw her infamously interrupted by the rapper.

“Yo Ed – I’m really happy 4 you and I’m gonna let u finish but this is the best JAM OF ALL TIME. — T" she scribbled.
