Lena Dunham has nightmares about her poetry being published.
The creator of TV show Girls has impressed with her acting and writing skills on the small screen. However, she is less than enthusiastic about her past work being made public.
“Had a nightmare. My poetry from college was just being published and published and published (sic)” she tweeted on Sunday.
Although Lena wants to keep her previous writing efforts buried, she is far more excited about her latest project.
The 27-year-old star has been urging her fans to watch a teaser trailer for the third season of Girls by posting a series of links to it.
In the short clip, which features a sequence of photographs, Lena and her co-stars show off their fine figures in swimsuits.
Lena happily poses as her character Hannah in a blue bikini, while Allison Williams and Jemima Kirke are also separately seen in two-pieces in the collage of stills.
Hannah’s on-off boyfriend Adam also makes an appearance in the trailer for the hotly-anticipated forthcoming series.
The second season of the show proved a hit with both audiences and critics. It was named Best Television Series – Comedy or Musical at the Golden Globes, while Lena won Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series – Comedy or Musical.
It was recently revealed that the new episodes will focus on “financial stability”.
Viewers have seen Hannah struggle to pay her bills working as a barista after her parents stopped giving her hand outs. Her best friend Marnie – played by Allison – became a hostess in the last series after losing her job at an art gallery.
Season three of Girls will air from January 2014.
