Max George: Lohan will soar

The Wanted’s Max George is convinced that Lindsay Lohan will bounce back.

The Wanted’s Max George says Lindsay Lohan’s on the up.

The troubled actress was released from a court-ordered 90-day stint in rehab earlier this month.

But it wasn’t long after she left the facility that she was spotted partying with Max and his band at a Los Angeles nightclub.

However Max confirms that Lindsay hasn’t fallen off the rails again and he has faith that his friend will stay sober.

“Yeah, I think she’s gonna do great,” he said in a video obtained by X17 Online.

“I spoke to her last week and she seemed really well.”

Lindsay and Max were romantically linked last year and have since remained close friends.

Although rumours the pair have reignited their romance are rampant, the stars’ pals insist that their relationship is just platonic.

When she partied with Max last week Lindsay reportedly stayed sober and the pair did nothing more than catch up with one another.

“She is friends with Max and did visit him, but everything else is untrue. She did not drink, she was in bed by midnight, and she showed up on time for therapy this [Thursday] morning. She has a sober coach," a friend told the New York Post at the time.

Lindsay is actively reinventing herself personally and professionally since leaving rehab.

On Thursday she relaunched her website and graciously thanked fans for their unwavering support.

The actress has also agreed to a string of television appearances.

The star guest hosted on Chelsea Handler’s comedy show Chelsea Lately and has just landed another comedy gig on HBO’s Eastbound & Down. Lindsay has also signed to do an eight-part documentary for Oprah’s OWN Network and her interview with the daytime TV icon will be broadcast Sunday August 18.
