Justin Bieber has been let off the hook after being accused of a hit-and-run by a photographer in June.
Justin Bieber has been cleared of a hit-and-run.
The pop star faced charges stemming from an incident in June outside a West Hollywood, California nightclub.
Now he has been freed from his legal problems after a judge determined the case to be lacking proof from the prosecutor.
TMZ was advised there is “insufficient evidence to prove that Bieber knowingly left the scene of a collision in which someone was injured”.
The website reports that Los Angeles County District Attorney rejected legal action which claimed a photographer was harmed because of his reckless driving.
As Justin was leaving building on the evening in question, paparazzi allegedly blinded him with the bright flashbulbs on their cameras.
As a result a paparazzo apparently got jammed between Justin’s Ferrari and another parked vehicle.
When the singer fled the scene, the member of the media filed a report with law enforcement officers.
The Los Angeles Police Department cleared Justin at first, however after looking at the matter a second time it was referred to the D.A.
The 19-year-old has regularly been landing himself in trouble recently, both while working and in his free time.
His tour bus was stopped and seized for drugs Sunday night.
The Baby hitmaker is currently on the North American leg of his Believe concert tour.
He played in Toronto, Canada on July 26, with his next dates taking place in the US cities of Detroit, Michigan and Newark, New Jersey.
His gig dates have been plagued by other bizarre events.
His May 13 concert in Johannesburg, South Africa was raided by thieves.
After performing at the Soccer City stadium, a gang of marauders broke into a strongroom.
The thieves were reportedly armed with ropes, hammers and chisels and made off with more than one million rand, or $109,000.
