Kevin Richardson tweeted a photo of his growing family Friday, two days after welcoming his second son.
Kevin Richardson shared a photo of his newborn baby boy Friday.
The 41-year-old Backstreet Boys singer and his wife Kristin welcomed a bouncing baby boy named Maxwell Haze Richardson on Wednesday.
Kevin was clearly elated with the arrival and took to Facebook immediately.
“Special delivery! Another Richardson boy… At 3:05am Wednesday morning (7/10/13), Maxwell Haze Richardson decided to join the party. He is a stout 9 lbs. 8 oz. / 23 inches long,” Kevin gushed. “Love! Love! Love!”
The star couldn’t wait to share an image of the newborn.
He logged onto Twitter before the weekend to share a hospital photo of his eldest son, six-year-old Mason, cradling his baby brother while Kristin looks on.
“Blessed!!!” Kevin wrote.
The singer married Kristin in 2000.
He announced they were expecting their second-born back in April.
The last few months have been filled with great news for Kevin’s bandmates.
Backstreet Boys’ Howie Dorough welcomed a son in February and A.J. McLean welcomed a baby girl in November.
The men are currently working on a comeback, alongside fellow bandmates Brian Littrell and Nick Carter.
A documentary about the process is in production, with Rolling Stones documentarian Stephen Kijak behind it.
The band’s next album is scheduled for release later this month.
