Mel B: I make up sex stories

Mel B loves making up "random" sex stories in front of gullible Howard Stern.

The Spice Girls star appears on the judging panel of America’s Got Talent alongside Howard, Heidi Klum and Howie Mantel.

Mel says the group all get on very well, but she has a special relationship with “inappropriate” radio DJ Howard.

“He always asks me about sex. In between each act on the panel, he’ll go, ‘So tell me more Melanie’ and I just make up random stories and half the time he actually believes me!” she exclaimed.

“It’s way too early [to repeat those stories.] It will make your hair curl!”

Mel hasn’t been on Howard’s radio show recently, but is preparing herself for his typical antics. The songstress recalled appearing on his show a long time ago with former band mates Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton, Mel C and Geri Halliwell.

“No I haven’t, but he played the time all of us five Spice Girls went on there when we were 18, which was hilarious. Absolutely hilarious. He’s completely inappropriate, and out of everybody on the panel I get on with him the most,” she laughed.

Mel feels lucky to be on such a well-balanced judging panel. She finds it odd that their extreme personalities mix so well together though.

“Between Heidi who is really sweet, Howard who is a little bit grumpy sometimes and a bit feisty, there’s then Howie who is 100 per cent a complete germaphobe and he will very openly speak about his fears of catching germs. He flies around in his private jet, and me and Heidi fly in his private jet too but you still can’t touch his hands,” she explained.

“Between the four of us, it’s just a completely inappropriate discombobulated group of people who somehow all get on.”

Mel also cleared up rumours she was booed on the first day of filming in New Orleans.

“I think the journalists were just being lazy and just decided to say ‘Melanie got booed’ when in actual fact we all get booed. We all did get booed that day because if you’re saying ‘Actually, I don’t like what you just did and these are the reasons why’ the audience all the time doesn’t agree with you,” she told the Kyle and Jackie O radio show.

“It wasn’t just me, I think they just wanted to pick on me.”
