Khloé Kardashian reveals that sister Kim’s boyfriend rapper Kanye West is well loved by the Kardashian brood.
Khloé Kardashian considers sister Kim’s boyfriend Kanye West to be “one of us”.
The notoriously tight reality television family is expecting a new addition to the clan, as Kim is pregnant with Kanye’s baby.
Before Kim and Kanye began dating they were friends for several years.
They officially struck up a romance a few months after Kim filed for divorce from basketball player Kris Humphries in 2011.
Khloé believes the pair are a good match and the Kardashian brood approves of their relationship.
“I think Kanye knows how to deal with Kim really well. Because we’ve known him for so long, he’ll come to us if he wants advice on a birthday present or something. I like that,” Khloé revealed in the UK edition of Cosmopolitan magazine.
“Kris wouldn’t even talk to us. I love that with Kanye we have that friendship. Because when you’re with one of us you’re with all of us.”
Kim’s baby is due in July and Khloé will be aunt to three children when this happens, as sister Kourtney has two of her own.
Khloé has been struggling to conceive with her husband Lamar Odom for quite some time now.
“I just wanted to be, ‘Hey, let’s have a baby,’ and we would just have one. Kourtney did. And I wish that was the way for me,” Khloé shared.
“But it won’t be. I’ll have to take hormones. I do want to have a baby, but I don’t feel the urgency to have one this very moment.”
The Kardashian family is managed by matriarch Kris Jenner.
Khloé doesn’t envy her mother’s role as “momager”.
“I’d never manage my kids. We gang up on mum, and that has to be so hard. Now I’m getting older I feel sorry for her rather than resent her,” she said. “[Once my mum told me] I was gaining weight, but she was talking to me as a manager, like I was ruining a brand deal. It’s hard to understand that and it’s more hurtful when it’s coming from my mum, but Kim is definitely her favourite. It doesn’t bother me. They’re so similar — they could be the same person.”
