Clint Eastwood’s wife ‘in rehab’

Clint Eastwood's wife Dina is allegedly being treated for anxiety and depression in rehab.

Clint Eastwood’s wife Dina has reportedly checked into rehab.

The Hollywood actor’s partner is apparently suffering from anxiety and depression and has entered an exclusive facility in Arizona.

According to TMZ, sources are adamant she isn’t being treated for substance abuse.

Aside from being treated for stress, no further details about Dina’s condition are currently known.

The website claims they tried contacting the Eastwood family for comment but received no response.

Clint himself is no stranger to rehab facilities, having donated large amounts to a hospital in Monterey, which in turn named its programme after the star.

The youth programme deals particularly with teenagers who suffer from drug and alcohol problems and mental health issues.

The 82-year-old actor has been married to Dina since 1996 and the couple have one daughter named Morgan.

They have not been pictured together since 2011 and it is believed they have been suffering marital problems for some time.

The actor – who is 35 years older than Dina – is a veteran of the showbiz industry but recently revealed he doesn’t worry about ageing.

“I think ageing for me has been OK. Our modern society – especially in the West, and especially now – reveres youth. So, that’s what can make ageing scary for some men – that idea that ageing makes everything more difficult,” he explained.
