The 32-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is embroiled in a bitter battle with estranged husband Kris Humphries as he seeks to have their 72-day marriage annulled.
Kris has refused to walk away with a simple dissolution as he claims the wedding was fraudulent and Kim used their marriage for publicity.
Salon reports Kim and her attorney Laura Wasser have submitted the TV personality’s witness list to court.
Kim’s mother Kris Jenner, Keeping Up with the Kardashians producer Farnaz Farjam and Kim herself will testify in an effort to prove “no conspiracy to defraud” was present, according to court papers.
Kris is also on Kim’s witness list and she apparently believes he will say something that will actually disprove the fraud he accuses her of partaking in.
Managers and financial professionals will also provide testimony for Kim in an effort to provide clarity on their prenuptial agreement and the assets involved with the contract.
The trial on the matter is scheduled to commence May 6.
