Kardashians suing father’s widow

Kim, Kourtney, Khloé and Rob Kardashian are suing their father’s widow after she released details from the patriarch’s diary, according to a new report.

Kim, Kourtney, Khloé and Rob Kardashian have filed suit against their father’s widow.

The famous siblings were outraged when Ellen Pearson went to In Touch magazine with private diaries she said were penned by late lawyer Robert Kardashian between 1989 and 1990.

She claimed Robert detailed in the journals how his ex-wife, Kris Jenner, cheated on him during their marriage, left their children unattended and physically abused Kim.

“Kris was kicking and beating her and said she was going to kill [Kim]! Kim was hysterical,” the magazine quotes an entry written in 1989.

Kim and her family have denied the allegations and now the siblings are reportedly taking Ellen to court.

According to TMZ, Kim, Kourtney, Khloé and Rob claim she illegally sold portions of a diary they inherited when their father died of esophageal cancer in 2003 at the age of 59.

According to the siblings the journal was left to them in his will.

The lawsuit reportedly demands Ellen “return of the diary and family albums” in addition to paying them unspecified damages.

Kris Jenner is listed as a plaintiff but has no plans to sue for defamation, according to the website. She was married to Robert, Sr. from 1978 to 1990.

Attorney Robert married Ellen, his girlfriend of six years, two months before his death.

Kim previously took to Twitter to slam her former stepmother after the alleged entries were first published earlier this year.

“So my dad’s ex is selling ridiculous stories again to tabloids! Do not believe it! Sad when people need $ & get desperate (sic),” she tweeted, adding, “10 yrs since dad passed &this woman he married 4 2 wks before he died needs 2 get a job instead of trying 2 destroy families w fake stories.”
