Justin Bieber is reportedly adamantly denying rumours he spat on his neighbour.
The 19-year-old pop crooner has been accused of assaulting a fellow resident of his gated Los Angeles community.
The man, who is described as a 47-year-old successful businessman and father-of-three, claims Justin flew off the rails after he voiced his grievances about the star’s erratic driving Tuesday morning.
He alleges Justin spit in his face and yelled, “Get the f**k out of here. I’m gonna f**king kill you," before members of his security team escorted him off the singer’s property, located in the upscale suburb of Calabasas.
TMZ reports Justin is insistent he never attacked the man nor did he angrily eject saliva onto his neighbour’s face. The singer also contends the complainant was actively trespassing throughout the incident.
The resident apparently walked to Justin’s house to say his peace after the singer reached speeds of 100mph in his Ferrari, with multiple residents apparently concerned for the safety of their children and pets.
Los Angeles County Sheriff spokesperson Steve Whitmore revealed earlier this week a battery report has been filed and officials are actively investigating whether Justin threatened the alleged victim.
