Russell Jay, a producer for Keeping Up With the Kardashians, submitted a deposition in Kim Kardashian’s divorce trial from Kris Humphries stating several scenes were reshot to make Kris look bad.
Russell Jay calls to attention scenes in Keeping Up With the Kardashians that “were scripted, reshot or edited” to make Kris Humphries look bad.
Life & Style magazine obtained a legal deposition submitted in Kim Kardashian and Kris’ divorce trial by the reality TV show’s producer.
Russell reveals in the 165-page official document that Kim was well aware of Kris’ “surprise” proposal. Apparently she demanded the proposal scene be shot more than once because, as the publication reports, “she didn’t like how her face looked in the first take”.
The crewmember also claims that at least a couple scenes “were scripted, reshot or edited” to vilify Kris following Kim’s decision to divorce the athlete.
According to the publication Russell states that Kim actually filmed the scene where she reveals to her mother Kris Jenner she was having trouble in her marriage months after filing for divorce.
Kim famously married basketball player Kris in a lavish wedding in August 2011, which was shown on TV. However, the 32-year-old reality star filed for divorce just 72 days later after realising the union couldn’t last.
Kris has refused to walk away with a simple dissolution as he claims the wedding was fraudulent and Kim used their marriage for publicity.
Divorce proceedings are agonisingly slow and the first trial hearing has been set for May 6.
