Swift ‘intruder’ cleared

Taylor Swift’s accused intruder has been cleared of trespassing at her home.
Twenty-four-year-old Jacob Kulke was arrested on December 14 after allegedly jumping a fence near the singer’s Nashville, Tennessee residence.
He was detained by security until police arrived.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ he claimed to be Taylor’s boyfriend and had taken a bus from Wisconsin to be with her on her birthday.
Taylor turned 23 on December 13.
It is unclear if the singer was home at the time.
Jacob was jailed and held on $10,000 bond.
The website reports prosecutors have decided not to pursue charges. As a result, all criminal trespassing charges against him have been dropped.
Jacob Kulke’s attorney argued Taylor’s property did not have “No Trespassing” signs posted at the perimeter, leading her client to believe he could enter.
TMZ reports the accused has a criminal history.
He was reportedly convicted of battery, disorderly conduct and drug possession in Wisconsin in 2010 and placed on 13 months probation.
Taylor’s family is also believed to have not wanted to pursue the case.
